Obituary

Damon Jerome Carrier, born December 15, 1968, to Mary Norman Carrier and the late Herman O. Carrier, Sr. was called to Glory on May 3, 2021.

Damon loved and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a faithful member of Windsor Village United Methodist Church. His hobbies included barbecuing, watching television, listening to jazz, and sitting at the beach. He lived by the spirit of serving and helping others.

In life, Damon graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School (Class of 87) and attended Prairie view A&M University. He served as an athletic trainer on several levels throughout his educational journey. He eventually became a patient care assistant. Damon could often be seen fulfilling his true passion of caring for others and helping people feel comfortable even through their most difficult times. In his career, he was known for bringing joy to patients and colleagues. Damon had a heart of gold and will truly be missed.

Damon Jerome Carrier departed this life May 3, 2021. Visitation Saturday May 15, 2021, from 11am.-12pm. Funeral 12pm. Services will be held at Pleasant Hill B.C. 1510 Pannell St. Interment Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
