Deacon Joe Louis Flagg, age 85, was called home by our Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 3, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, Isaiah "Buddy" Flagg and Edna Holmes, Beloved wife of 50 years, Hazel Lee Braxton Flagg and son Ronald. He is survived by his devoted children Jarriett, Veronica, Terald, Donald and Monica. 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Siblings, Rosa, Joyce, Freddie and Charles and a host of family and friends.
Joe Flagg loved God and his family and he was a CHAMPION FISHERMAN. Wake Saturday, February 17, 2024, 10-12pm. Funeral Saturday at 12pm. Both services will be held at Island of Hope COGIC. 1505 Gregg St. Interment Brookside Memorial Park.
